Throughout these Terms, references to "Klysto Power", "we", "us" and "our" refer to S & E Direct LTD trading as Klysto Power.

These Terms govern your use of klystopower.co.uk and, once products become available for purchase, orders placed through the website.

2. Using Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, knowingly introduce malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation. We may update, modify or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and other information displayed on Klysto Power are accurate and clear. Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography and the device or display being used. For real products offered for sale, specifications and compatibility information should be checked carefully before ordering. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your intended application, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Range Preview and Demonstration Products

Before Klysto Power's commercial product range is finalised, certain products displayed on the website may be marked as "Coming Soon", "Range Preview" or otherwise identified as demonstration products. These listings are used to demonstrate the types of products Klysto Power intends to offer and how products may be presented on the website.

A demonstration or Range Preview listing does not constitute an offer to sell that product. Demonstration specifications, prices, compare-at prices and imagery are illustrative and may change before commercial launch. Products marked as Coming Soon or Range Preview cannot be purchased. Actual product availability, specifications, manufacturers, pricing, warranties and delivery terms will be confirmed when products become available for sale.

5. Orders

Once products are available for purchase, placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods. After an order is submitted, you should receive an order acknowledgement. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract for the sale of goods will arise when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the goods, as applicable to our checkout and fulfilment process.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where: a product is unavailable; an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred; payment cannot be authorised; we cannot deliver to the requested location; or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices will be displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes will be handled and displayed in accordance with applicable requirements. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before the customer completes their order. We may change prices from time to time, but a subsequent price change will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted. Compare-at prices, discounts and promotional pricing applicable to real products must be genuine and presented accurately. Prices shown on demonstration or Range Preview products are illustrative only and are not offers to sell those products.

7. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the website or during checkout once products are available for sale. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will comply with applicable UK consumer law regarding delivery of goods. 8. Cancellation and Returns

Consumers purchasing goods online generally have legal cancellation rights. For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel the contract without giving a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions may apply where provided by law. 9. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet rights provided by applicable consumer law, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

10. Warranties

Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a real product, the applicable warranty information will be displayed on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation where available. Warranty terms can vary between manufacturers and products. Do not assume that warranty information shown for one product applies to another. Range Preview and demonstration products do not have a manufacturer warranty because they are not products currently offered for sale. Nothing relating to a manufacturer warranty affects rights you may have against us under applicable consumer law.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the promotion. Promotions may have genuine start dates, expiry dates, eligibility requirements or product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash. We will not knowingly use false scarcity, false expiry deadlines or misleading promotional claims.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, layout, original written content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to S & E Direct LTD. "Klysto Power" is the trading brand used on this website. Third-party trademarks, product names and manufacturer branding remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants permission to use intellectual property belonging to Klysto Power or a third party without the relevant owner's permission.

13. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing consumer contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law applicable where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
